We have compiled the new Infrastructure and Environmental charges being levied by the water companies when making new water connections from 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2027. Most companies are also offering incentives for low water use and low discharge schemes but the criteria can be complex so need to be assessed on a project by project basis.
